Traces, monitoring ... and assessment for DULP

چکیده
Preso atto delle difficoltà che si incontrano nell'applicare i metodi di valutazione tradizionale a processi di tipo DULP, s i mostra come uno spostamento di attenzione verso le tracce d i processo possa condurrre a un monitoraggio significativo e multidimensionale delle attività svolte dalla community, nel suo insieme e da ogni suo singolo membro. Prendendo come "studio di caso" il processo "design inspired" sviluppato all'interno dell'ambiente LIFE in occasione della I coorte dell'a.a. '08-'09 del Master ScuolaIaD in "E-Learning: metodi, tecniche e applicazione" si mostra come sia possibile ottenere delle indicazioni di notevole interesse grazie alla combinazione di tecniche di monitoraggio di attività, di social network analysis (SNA) e di analisi del testo ad includere, in forma preliminare, anche la dimensione emotiva.
